Our Story
Building Homes We Would Be Proud to Live In
We are a luxury home building company rooted in Zionsville, Indiana. We are committed to raising the standard of custom home building across Hamilton and Boone County.
Where We Come From
Proud to Call Zionsville Home
We live in the communities we build in. Vitra Homes is based in Zionsville and have built homes across Hamilton and Boone County, including Carmel, Fishers, Westfield, Noblesville, Lebanon, and beyond.
That local knowledge runs deep. We understand the terrain, the municipalities, the architectural character of each area, and the lifestyle each community supports. When you build with Vitra Homes, you are building with a team that knows your neighborhood as well as you do.
Who We Are
The People Behind Every Home
Vitra Homes was founded on a straightforward belief: that the homes we build should be ones we would be proud to live in ourselves. It is not a marketing line. It is the standard we hold every project to.
This company was created because we saw what home building could be when the people doing it truly cared. Not just about the finished product, but about the family it is being built for.
Our Process
What Working With Us Looks Like
Vitra Homes is on every site, at every stage.
This is how a Vitra build unfolds. We take on a limited number of projects each year so that every client receives the focus that building a home of this caliber truly requires.
Consultation
We begin with a conversation to understand your vision, your land, your timeline, and the life you are building this home for.
Design Collaboration
Working alongside your architect or one from our trusted local network, we translate your vision into a detailed, considered plan.
Build
One point of contact throughout, with clear and consistent updates at every stage.
Handover
We walk the finished home with you, address every detail, and ensure the handover reflects the standard we set at the start.
What We Stand For
The Principles That Define Every Build
There are things we will not compromise on. They inform every decision we make, every vendor we work with, and every home we deliver.
Quality Craftsmanship
We take on a limited number of projects each year so that every home receives the level of craft it deserves. We do not scale at the expense of quality. We build homes that are made to last and made to be loved.
Open Communication
Building a home requires trust. From the first consultation to the final walkthrough, you will always know where your project stands. Clear, honest communication is not a courtesy. It is a commitment.
Timely Execution
Respect for your time is built into how we operate. We plan with precision, partner with reliable tradespeople, and manage every phase of the build proactively so that your home is delivered when it should be.
Thoughtful Design
Every Vitra Homes build begins with a design process that is careful and considered. We collaborate with local architects who share our values and standards, ensuring your vision is translated into every detail of its construction.
Ready to Build With People Who Care?
